Memo
Okay, after the memo of the professors has so taken, how about if we have a memo ? Leave
Our expectation of our church in the future?
So I would hope that, particularly in youth and family work, more emphasis is placed on what could be categorized under the heading of theology of the body. I think it would be very great if the emphasis in religion classes and adult education towards the transmission of faith, the catechism and religious practice would be relocated. It is unacceptable simply not true that someone had 10 years of religious instruction, do not know why we celebrate Easter, and it should not be, that parents complain that their children need to learn "poems" by heart and one to three times demand figures out that with the stupid poems the Creed and the Lord's Prayer was meant.
I think it would also be appropriate if the church could once again become a missionary and in the community would talk about everything from why the Church teaches something before you start with the criticism of the doctrine. I think it would be helpful, if not much is discussed about why Prof. Dr. XY holds something for credibility, but why the church sees fit.
I would also wish that more lay people would find the courage to trust itself to the texts of papal teaching writing, so they are no longer so dependent on them are what tell the media about this letter. My best Negative example of this dependence is Dominus Iesus. What of it mattered when the mass of the people was: Rome falls short of the V2! With this letter almost continuously only repeated statements of the V2. It did, however, the journalists who saw the letter an insult to all non-Catholics.
I could also imagine that the dialogue would be easier in communities and between bishops and congregations, if you could trim back the resulting addition to the hierarchy proliferation of boards, committees and full-time representatives. I guess I'm not alone when I wonder what to do, the Central Committee with me.
Sun is me with your laundry occurred.
I am sure you have a lot more points. Comments?
